A leading organization in Abu Dhabi is hiring an experienced Data Engineer for a Digital Transformation (DX) initiative. This role focuses on building and maintaining scalable data infrastructure, supporting enterprise data strategies, and enabling data-driven decision-making across business operations. The position plays a key role in designing robust data pipelines and ensuring seamless integration across multiple systems and platforms.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL data pipelines
- Manage and optimize data warehouses and data lake environments
- Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and integrity
- Support system integration across multiple enterprise platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Digital Transformation (DX) initiatives
- Monitor data workflows and ensure system performance and reliability
- Implement best practices in data architecture and engineering standards
- Provide technical support for data-driven business solutions
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Data Analytics OR Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Engineering
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT and Digital Transformation roles
- Strong expertise in data engineering, ETL processes, and data architecture
- Experience with data warehouses, data lakes, and enterprise data systems
- Solid understanding of data governance and integration frameworks
- Ability to work in complex enterprise environments and offshore settings
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to work on contract hire basis
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
- Salary: Up to AED 11,000
- Contract-based employment with structured working hours (07:00 – 15:00, 5 days/week)
