Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Electrical BIM Modeler
• Develop and maintain detailed electrical BIM models and project documentation.
• Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and support design coordination activities.
• Prepare shop drawings and construction-related BIM deliverables.
• Update BIM models based on project and site requirements.
Senior Electrical Engineer
• Lead electrical engineering design review and construction support activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders.
• Review technical submittals, drawings, and engineering deliverables.
• Support project execution, commissioning, and quality assurance processes.
Planning Engineer (MEP Background)
• Develop and maintain project schedules and progress reports.
• Monitor project performance against baseline plans.
• Coordinate planning activities with engineering and construction teams.
• Analyze project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support resource planning, forecasting, and project controls activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Experience
Electrical BIM Modeler
• Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM modeling experience.
• Strong experience in BIM coordination, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
Senior Electrical Engineer
• 10–15 years of professional electrical engineering experience.
• Proven experience on large-scale construction projects.
Planning Engineer (MEP Background)
• Minimum 8 years of EPC project experience.
• Strong background in MEP planning and project controls.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong MEP background.
• Experience in residential and commercial building projects.
• Experience working on large-scale construction and infrastructure developments.
• Immediate availability to join is highly preferred.
Technical Skills
• BIM modeling and multidisciplinary coordination expertise.
