ELV Inspector Opportunity in Riyadh

V3 Middle East Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a highly qualified ELV Inspector to join its team in Riyadh for the prestigious Diriyah and Qiddiya projects. This position is ideal for experienced electrical engineering professionals with extensive expertise in ELV inspection, supervision, quality assurance, and engineering consultancy projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and supervising ELV works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and international engineering codes.

Job Overview

As an ELV Inspector, you will oversee site inspections, monitor installation quality, verify compliance with project requirements, and coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of ELV systems across major development projects.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of modern ELV systems, engineering standards, and construction supervision practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and supervise ELV installations and construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and prepare technical reports.
• Review technical submittals, installation methods, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Verify system functionality and compliance with applicable standards.
• Monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with international codes, regulations, and inspection requirements.

ELV Systems Experience Required

Candidates should possess strong experience in:

• CCTV Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Structured Cabling Systems
• Public Address Systems
• Fire Alarm Systems
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• ICT Systems
• Security Systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in ELV inspection and supervision.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration as an Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems, inspection procedures, and engineering standards.
• Experience reviewing technical documentation and project requirements.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Engineering Consultancy projects.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, commercial, mixed-use, or mega developments.
• Immediate availability.
• Strong understanding of international engineering codes and standards.

Important Requirement

• CVs with less than 10 years of relevant ELV inspection and supervision experience will not be considered.
