Key Responsibilities
- Supervise engineering and construction project activities
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary project and technical teams
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Manage field operations, inspections, and construction execution
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety regulations
- Conduct quality control and site monitoring activities
- Support infrastructure, MEP, HVAC, telecom, piping, and structural project operations
- Monitor project schedules, technical performance, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Ensure timely project completion within approved quality and safety standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
- 7–10+ years of experience depending on the position
- GCC or Middle East project experience preferred
- Strong technical expertise in infrastructure, MEP, telecom, HVAC, piping, structural, and construction projects
- Knowledge of engineering standards, quality procedures, and construction operations
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced engineering and construction environments
- Experience in quality control, field engineering, and project execution is advantageous
