🛠 Key Responsibilities

Foreman

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce management
• Ensure work is completed as per project specifications and timelines
• Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors
• Monitor site safety and quality standards

Fit-Out Engineer

• Manage interior fit-out project execution from start to completion
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements
• Prepare site reports, schedules, and progress updates

MEP Engineer

• Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations on site
• Review drawings and ensure proper execution of MEP systems
• Coordinate with consultants and project teams
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction and safety standards

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in construction or fit-out projects
• Strong hands-on experience in interior fit-out works (mandatory)
• Valid UAE Driving License is required
• Must be available for face-to-face interview
• Strong technical understanding of construction/site operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
• Walk-in candidates will be given priority

💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth (MANDATORY SECTION)

Salary packages are offered based on experience and role, with Foreman up to AED 4,000 and Fit-Out Engineer and MEP Engineer up to AED 7,000 per month.
