Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of relevant recruitment experience.
• Experience in BPO, KPO, IT, or related recruitment is preferred.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
