Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain healthcare IT systems and digital healthcare solutions
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize RIS, PACS, VNA, and Cardiology systems
- Assist with system integrations and interoperability requirements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards including DICOM, HL7, and IHE
- Provide technical support for healthcare applications and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
- Support virtualization platforms and database environments
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders and technical teams
- Deliver customer-facing technical support and training when required
- Maintain documentation of system configurations and technical procedures
- Support system upgrades, implementations, and ongoing maintenance activities
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Healthcare IT solutions
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with RIS, PACS, VNA, and Cardiology systems
- Strong understanding of healthcare standards including DICOM, HL7, and IHE
- Experience with healthcare system integrations and interoperability
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with database management and administration
- Understanding of virtualization technologies and IT infrastructure
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support capabilities
