Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee records management.

  • Monitor HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources and Data Analytics.
  • Experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, and employee data management.
  • Experience creating HR dashboards and MIS reports.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce analytics and HR reporting methodologies.
  • Experience maintaining HR databases and reporting systems.
  • Power BI knowledge is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and present meaningful business insights.
  • Understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations.
