Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee administration activities.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance support, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Support recruitment coordination and workforce planning activities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee relations matters and provide HR guidance to staff and management.

  • Assist with performance management and workforce development programs.
  • Support project teams with HR-related requirements and workforce administration.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Proven experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Experience within Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, or Project-Based environments is preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale workforce operations is advantageous.

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
  • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with employee relations and workforce administration.
  • Knowledge of recruitment coordination and personnel management processes.
  • Familiarity with HR reporting and documentation standards.
