Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day human resources operations.
  • Handle personnel administration and employee records.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience in personnel management, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Good knowledge of relevant Saudi government platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Saudi Labor Law and ministerial decisions.
  • Practical experience with the ZenHR system is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Professional HR certifications are considered an advantage.
