Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage infrastructure and roads construction projects
• Oversee project planning, execution, quality control, and operational delivery
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, claims, contracts, and procurement activities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Manage technical coordination, BIM processes, and construction methodologies

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• Strong infrastructure and roads project experience is mandatory
• Proven technical and project management expertise
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects
• Strong understanding of contracts, claims, procurement, project controls, and construction operations
• Ability to work in fast-paced project environments
• Knowledge of industry standards, project compliance, and engineering best practices
• Relevant certifications and professional development training are advantageous
