Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate technical systems to ensure stable and continuous performance.
• Execute technical cabling and infrastructure installation activities.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripheral devices.
• Monitor and maintain network systems and connectivity.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Provide technical support and assistance to end users.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or IT infrastructure roles.
• Experience with technical cabling and infrastructure installations.
• Experience supporting computer hardware and networking environments.
• Experience troubleshooting IT systems and user-related issues.

Preferred Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
