Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 and L2 technical support for enterprise IT infrastructure and network operations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user account management.
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, switching, and routing technologies.
• Monitor network performance and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
• Perform endpoint management and hardware troubleshooting.
• Monitor backup operations and ensure successful backup completion.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to maintain system availability and performance.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow IT service management best practices.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in L1/L2 Infrastructure Support and Network Operations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure support.
