Job Overview
CRCC (China Railway Construction Corporation), a globally recognized leader in infrastructure development and engineering excellence, is seeking experienced Mechanical BIM Engineers and BIM Modelers to support a major construction project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a critical role in BIM modeling, design coordination, clash detection, construction documentation, and project delivery support. Working closely with project teams, consultants, and construction stakeholders, you will contribute to improving project efficiency, reducing design conflicts, and ensuring seamless coordination between engineering disciplines throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain detailed Mechanical BIM models for large-scale construction projects.
• Produce high-quality shop drawings, construction documentation, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate BIM models across multiple engineering disciplines to ensure design integration.
• Conduct clash detection analysis and support clash resolution activities.
• Collaborate with project engineers, consultants, and construction teams to improve project coordination.
• Update BIM models based on site conditions and construction progress.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project standards and client requirements.
• Support construction teams with technical BIM solutions and documentation.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and multidisciplinary reviews.
• Assist in improving BIM workflows and project delivery processes.
• Maintain accurate project records and model documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience
• Minimum 8–10 years of total professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a BIM-focused role.
• Proven experience working with contracting companies is essential.
• Strong background in shop drawings, construction coordination, and site-based BIM updates.
• Experience supporting large-scale multidisciplinary construction projects.
Technical Skills
• Advanced proficiency in BIM modeling and coordination.
• Strong understanding of BIM delivery processes in design and construction environments.
• Expertise in design integration and clash detection workflows.
• Experience with construction documentation and technical drawing preparation.
• Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary project coordination.
• Familiarity with project execution and construction support processes.
