A growing engineering team in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer (MEP) to support Building Services Design and BIM coordination projects. This opportunity is ideal for technically skilled professionals with expertise in Revit MEP modeling, HVAC systems, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination within large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing shop drawings, coordinating MEP systems, performing technical calculations, and supporting BIM-driven project execution. Strong knowledge of mechanical building services design, Revit software, and coordination workflows is essential for ensuring project accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with engineering standards.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical building services designs and technical shop drawings
• Create and manage Revit MEP models for project coordination
• Prepare equipment schedules directly from Revit models
• Perform clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination activities
• Coordinate mechanical rooms, toilet layouts, and MEP integration requirements
• Conduct ESP and pump head calculations using Revit models
• Create Revit families based on approved material submittals
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP project teams
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure design accuracy
• Support BIM coordination and clash resolution processes throughout project execution

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Strong experience in Mechanical Building Services Design
• Proficiency in Revit software and shop drawing development
• Experience with Revit family creation and BIM workflows
• Knowledge of clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
• Experience with HVAC and plumbing systems
• Proficiency in Navisworks coordination preferred
• Ability to prepare technical documentation and equipment schedules
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Relevant GCC project experience preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
