🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain enterprise network and system infrastructure
- Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi network environments
- Configure and support Windows Server and Active Directory environments
- Monitor and maintain DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall systems
- Support Microsoft 365 administration and user management activities
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues
- Ensure IT infrastructure security, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to support multi-branch IT environments
- Maintain technical documentation and network configuration records
- Assist with system upgrades, maintenance, and infrastructure improvements
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Network and System Administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall management
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN networking and Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise network environments
- CCNA, CCNP, or Microsoft certifications are considered an advantage
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic IT support environment
