Job Overview

We are hiring experienced OFSAA ALM / LRM Testing & Configuration Analysts for a banking and financial services transformation project in Riyadh. This is a short-term contract opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), Asset Liability Management (ALM), Liquidity Risk Management (LRM), and regulatory banking frameworks.

The role focuses on executing end-to-end testing, configuration validation, reconciliation testing, and defect management activities across OFSAA transformation initiatives. Candidates will collaborate with finance, risk, technology, and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and compliance with enterprise banking and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end testing activities for OFSAA ALM and LRM solutions
• Design and execute structured test cases, validation scenarios, and reconciliation activities
• Validate calculation outputs, model behavior, reporting accuracy, and processing logic
• Review OFSAA configurations including business rules, data mappings, assumptions, and model parameters
• Perform SQL-based data validation and reconciliation across source systems, staging layers, and reporting outputs
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects during SIT, UAT, and validation phases
• Conduct root cause analysis for configuration and data-related issues
• Collaborate with business, finance, risk, and technology teams for issue remediation and testing support
• Re-test defect fixes to ensure calculation accuracy and data consistency
• Prepare testing artefacts including test cases, validation summaries, execution reports, reconciliation documents, and defect logs
• Support stakeholder walkthroughs, audit reviews, and testing sign-off processes
• Recommend improvements for testing coverage, controls, and operational efficiency within OFSAA transformation programs

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in banking and financial services environments
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
• Strong expertise in Asset Liability Management (ALM) and Liquidity Risk Management (LRM)
• Knowledge of Interest Rate Risk, Balance Sheet Management, and IFRS 9 frameworks
• Strong experience in SQL-based validation, reconciliation testing, and defect lifecycle management
• Experience supporting OFSAA implementation, testing, or banking transformation projects
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across finance, risk, and technology teams
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Immediate availability and visa readiness to work in Riyadh are mandatory

Preferred Certifications

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer
• CISA, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications
• Familiarity with NIST, COBIT, and related cybersecurity frameworks
• Preference for ISSS-trained professionals
