We are hiring an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to manage enterprise-grade Oracle database environments across multiple locations in India. This role is designed for professionals with strong expertise in Oracle 11g / 12c / 19c, high availability architectures, and advanced replication technologies.

The position requires hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate, Oracle Data Guard, and RMAN backup & recovery, ensuring database stability, performance optimization, and disaster recovery readiness. You will play a critical role in maintaining mission-critical production, UAT, and DR systems.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain Oracle databases for high availability & performance
• Configure and support Oracle GoldenGate replication environments
• Setup and manage Oracle Data Guard / Standby databases
• Perform database installation, upgrades & patching
• Manage backup & recovery using RMAN
• Conduct health checks, monitoring & proactive issue resolution
• Troubleshoot performance and database incidents
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA)
• Coordinate with application & infrastructure teams
• Support audits, compliance & DR drills
• Participate in on-call / production support
• Implement database security & access control policies

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
• 5–10 years of experience as an Oracle DBA
• Strong expertise in Oracle 11g / 12c / 19c
• Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate
• Proven experience with Oracle Data Guard / Standby DBs
• Strong knowledge of RMAN backup & recovery
• Expertise in performance tuning & troubleshooting
• Experience in capacity planning & monitoring
• Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or similar)
• Strong database security & user management experience
• Experience supporting production / UAT / DR environments
• Exposure to cloud migration or hybrid infrastructure environments
