We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant to join a leading enterprise technology environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires deep functional knowledge across Oracle Financial modules, Fit-Gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in Oracle EBS Finance implementation, rollout, and support projects
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend optimal business solutions aligned with Oracle best practices
• Configure and support Oracle EBS Financial modules including:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Cash Management (CM)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Budgeting & Tax
  • iAssets & Expenses
  • Project Costing
  • AGIS (Intercompany Transactions)
  • Treasury Systems
  • Property Manager
• Prepare project documentation including:
  • Solution Design Documents
  • Functional Specifications
  • Setup & Configuration Documents
  • SIT & UAT Test Scripts
  • Reporting Requirements
  • End-user Training Materials
• Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and system enhancements
• Collaborate with integrated project teams, business users, and technical consultants
• Ensure project quality, delivery timelines, and scope management
• Support testing, training, and user adoption activities

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance modules
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS implementation, rollout, and support projects
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financial processes and configurations
• Proven expertise in requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, and solution design
• Strong functional experience across Oracle Finance modules
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently
• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
• Knowledge of KSA/GCC regional compliance and taxation requirements
• Oracle certifications in Finance modules preferred
