Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Lead to join a leading enterprise technology environment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The selected candidate will lead technical workstreams across Oracle EBS implementation and enhancement projects while collaborating closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Oracle technical components, custom development, performance optimization, data migration strategies, and enterprise application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical workstreams for Oracle EBS R12 implementation and enhancement projects
• Design and develop technical solutions across Oracle EBS modules including Financials, SCM, and HRMS
• Develop and review RICEFW components including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows, Forms, and OAF objects
• Build and optimize Oracle technical solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, BI Publisher, and OAF
• Conduct code reviews and enforce Oracle development standards and quality controls
• Support data conversion activities including extraction, transformation, mapping, and validation
• Manage deployment strategies and migration processes across environments
• Perform and coordinate Unit Testing and System Integration Testing activities
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and integrated project teams
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams

Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall Oracle EBS technical experience
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS implementation and support projects
• Strong expertise in:
  • PL/SQL
  • Oracle Forms
  • Oracle Reports
  • Oracle Workflow
  • Personalization
  • BI Publisher
  • Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 environments
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP technical architecture and integrations
• Experience designing and developing RICEFW components
• Knowledge of data migration, conversion strategies, and deployment management
• Experience supporting testing activities including SIT and UAT
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work effectively within integrated project teams
