Key Responsibilities
- Manage attendance records, leave tracking, and employee files
- Prepare and submit accurate payroll sheets on schedule
- Review payroll data including deductions, allowances, and attendance records
- Coordinate with departments to ensure payroll data accuracy
- Prepare periodic payroll and attendance reports
- Work efficiently with Excel and accounting systems
- Support improvements in payroll and HR operational procedures
- Maintain payroll documentation and reporting accuracy
- Assist with administrative and payroll-related tasks as required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in payroll and accounting
- Strong experience with attendance management and payroll processing
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of accounting systems and payroll operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and payroll systems is an advantage
- Immediate availability for full-time work preferred
