SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd is expanding its global project team and hiring experienced professionals for major Power and Water infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. The company is seeking qualified candidates for Planning Manager, Civil QS, and QAQC Manager roles to support large-scale projects involving Desalination Plants, Water & Sewage Treatment Plants, Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP), Solar Energy, and Wind Energy projects.

The selected professionals will contribute to the successful delivery of critical infrastructure and renewable energy projects while supporting project planning, quality assurance, quantity surveying, and operational coordination functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning, execution, and coordination of major power and water infrastructure projects
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and operational milestones
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and technical coordination activities
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, engineering specifications, and project requirements
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams
  • Support cost estimation, quantity surveying, and project control functions where applicable
  • Conduct quality inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring activities
  • Ensure smooth coordination between project stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams
  • Support infrastructure development across desalination, water treatment, CCPP, solar, and wind energy projects
  • Identify operational risks and support project optimization initiatives
  • Maintain high standards of project quality, safety, and execution efficiency

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant engineering or technical discipline
  • Candidates applying for the listed positions must have both CCPP and SWRO project experience
  • Strong experience in power plants, desalination, water treatment, or renewable energy projects
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, project quality, and operational standards
  • Experience working in large-scale EPC or infrastructure project environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of engineering project execution and technical documentation
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams in international environments
