Job Overview
A leading EPC contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a major water pipeline infrastructure project in Taif, Saudi Arabia. This is a senior leadership opportunity for professionals with extensive experience managing large-scale EPC, utilities, and infrastructure projects, particularly within water transmission and pipeline networks.
The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for project execution, stakeholder coordination, schedule management, resource planning, and overall project performance. Working closely with project teams, contractors, consultants, and client representatives, the Project Manager will ensure project objectives are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the water pipeline infrastructure project.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 18+ years of experience in EPC, infrastructure, or utilities projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale project delivery.
- Extensive experience within water pipeline, water transmission, or utilities projects.
- Strong track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects successfully.
Technical Skills
- EPC project management expertise.
- Infrastructure and utilities project delivery experience.
