TRSS (Travel Retail Sales & Services LLC) is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead operations within a dynamic travel retail environment in Abu Dhabi. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage retail sales operations to achieve revenue and performance targets

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field

- Proven track record in sales performance and team leadership
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent people management and communication abilities
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Experience in premium or luxury retail environments is preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of the retail schedule
