The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable SAP solutions across both on-premise and cloud environments. Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, the SAP ABAP Technical Lead will drive innovation through advanced ABAP development, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), workflow automation, and AI-enabled SAP technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead advanced SAP ABAP development initiatives across enterprise applications.
• Design and develop Object-Oriented ABAP (OO-ABAP) solutions.
• Create and maintain CDS Views, OData Services, BAdIs, and User Exits.
• Design and implement SAP BTP extensions and cloud-based solutions.
• Develop and support SAP Workflows and business process automation initiatives.
• Build and maintain integrations using SAP CPI, APIs, IDocs, SOAP, and REST services.
• Drive AI-enabled SAP initiatives, including SAP Joule implementation and integration.
• Conduct technical architecture reviews and provide solution recommendations.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development standards.
• Support testing, deployment, and production release activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable SAP solutions.
• Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Technical Lead or Senior SAP ABAP Developer.
• Extensive experience in SAP development and technical architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and SAP CPI.
• Experience implementing and supporting SAP Workflows.
• Strong background in SAP integrations and enterprise application development.
• Experience working with AI solutions within SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Joule implementation and integration projects.
