Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural shop drawings and construction documentation.
• Review drawings and conduct technical checks to ensure project compliance.
• Perform site supervision and coordinate project activities with stakeholders.
• Conduct clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination activities.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Maintain accurate project records and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams throughout project execution.
• Support design development, technical problem-solving, and construction coordination.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and construction requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional architectural experience.
• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit is highly preferred.
• Experience in shop drawing preparation and drawing review processes.
• Knowledge of construction coordination and site supervision practices.
• Experience with clash detection and multidisciplinary project coordination.
• Strong understanding of architectural design documentation and technical standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
