Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
  • Identify business needs, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze current-state and future-state business processes.
  • Develop business process models and workflow documentation.
  • Support digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives.

Documentation

  • Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Develop Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS).
  • Create process flows, business rules, and use case documentation.
  • Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure documentation quality, completeness, and alignment with project objectives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Owners, and Technical Teams.
  • Facilitate requirements clarification and validation sessions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication activities.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and solution delivery.

Delivery Support

  • Support Agile project delivery activities.
  • Assist development teams with requirements clarification.
  • Participate in solution reviews, testing support, and acceptance activities.
  • Contribute to successful project implementation and adoption.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Mandatory experience working on Government Sector mega projects.
  • Experience in Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in Business Process Improvement projects.
  • Experience with Enterprise Systems implementations.
  • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and business analysis.
  • Experience creating user stories and managing business requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Experience within government entities, ministries, authorities, or public sector organizations is highly preferred.
  • Experience working directly with business owners and senior stakeholders.
  • Consulting company backgrounds are not preferred.

Certifications

  • IIBA Certification (ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP) is mandatory.
  • Agile Certification is considered an advantage.
  • Scrum Certification is considered an advantage.
  • PMP Certification is considered an advantage.
