🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to support successful project delivery
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process documentation
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend effective business solutions
• Support testing activities, UAT processes, and implementation phases
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and development teams
• Monitor project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions
• Assist in process improvement and operational optimization initiatives

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Previous experience in the FinTech industry is mandatory
• Strong understanding of business processes, requirement gathering, and documentation
• Experience in stakeholder management and client coordination
• Ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
• Fluent Arabic communication skills are mandatory
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field preferred
