An exciting onsite opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a high-impact FinTech project in Saudi Arabia. ๐ Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
- Coordinate with technical and business teams to support successful project delivery
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process documentation
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend effective business solutions
- Support testing activities, UAT processes, and implementation phases
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and development teams
- Monitor project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions
- Assist in process improvement and operational optimization initiatives
๐ Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Previous experience in the FinTech industry is mandatory
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirement gathering, and documentation
- Experience in stakeholder management and client coordination
- Ability to convert business requirements into functional specifications
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred
- Fluent Arabic communication skills are mandatory
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user stories
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field preferred
