A leading Oil & Gas company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer to support engineering and design activities for major industrial projects in Dhahran. Key Responsibilities
• Lead civil engineering design and technical development activities.
• Perform civil engineering calculations, analysis, and design reviews.
• Develop and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with international engineering and construction codes and standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
• Support project planning, design execution, and technical decision-making processes.
• Review design deliverables and ensure adherence to project requirements.
• Utilize civil engineering design and calculation software for project execution.
• Conduct site assessments and support engineering surveys when required.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.
• Ensure quality, safety, and engineering excellence throughout project lifecycles.
• Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and project coordination activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification acceptable to the client organization.
• Must possess a valid Professional Engineering License, National Licensure, or equivalent Registered Engineer certification.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in civil engineering design and engineering office environments from the date of qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a Lead Civil Design Engineer or Engineering Team Leader.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering design methodologies and calculation software.
• Experience utilizing surveying instruments and supporting engineering survey activities.
• Strong understanding of international engineering and construction codes, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent technical leadership and project coordination capabilities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within Oil & Gas, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale engineering projects is highly preferred.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Salary: SAR 7,200 per month
