Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, developers, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation throughout project execution

• Provide expert guidance on contractual matters and project commercial performance
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to contracts management activities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related discipline
• Minimum 15+ years of professional experience in contracts management
• Strong expertise in post-contract management and commercial administration
• Experience working within consultancy and client/developer environments
• In-depth understanding of KSA governance procedures and contract frameworks
• Proven experience managing claims, variations, and contractual disputes
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage complex project contracts in fast-paced environments
• Professional certifications related to contracts management or commercial management will be considered advantageous
• Preference will be given to candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia
