• Expertise in managing tenders, RFQs, and contract lifecycle processes
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or procurement management systems
• Strong supplier coordination and commercial management skills
• Excellent reporting, negotiation, and communication abilities
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities
• Ability to manage procurement activities within complex industrial environments

Preferred Qualifications

• MCIPS, CPSM, CPM, or related procurement certification
• Saudi Arabia or Middle East project experience
