A major construction company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Control Engineer to join its projects in Makkah and Madinah. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project costs throughout all construction phases.
• Prepare project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reports.
• Analyze project expenditures and identify cost variances.
• Support project planning by providing cost-related insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to maintain budget compliance.
• Review subcontractor costs, change orders, and contractual cost implications.
• Develop periodic cost control reports for management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and project financial objectives.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining project quality and timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 7–10 years of experience in the construction or contracting industry.
• Previous experience with leading contracting companies such as Hassan Allam, Orascom Construction, Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG), Redcon Construction, or similar major contractors.
• Strong understanding of project cost control principles and budgeting.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and financial management skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects is highly preferred.
