Key Responsibilities
Project Director / Projects Manager – Roads & Bridges
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of roads and bridges projects.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and risk management activities.
• Manage multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Project Manager – Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants
• Manage the complete lifecycle of water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Monitor project performance, schedules, budgets, and quality objectives.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and operational standards.
• Coordinate with project teams and external stakeholders.
Contracts Engineer
• Prepare, review, and administer construction contracts and project agreements.
• Support contract negotiations and claims management activities.
• Monitor contractual compliance and project obligations.
• Evaluate variations, change orders, and contractual risks.
• Assist project teams with contract administration and documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of professional experience.
• Extensive experience in roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership and project delivery expertise.
Project Manager – Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience.
• Strong background in water and wastewater treatment plant projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure developments.
Contracts Engineer
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• Strong experience in contract administration, project controls, and construction contracts.
Technical & Professional Skills
