Job Overview

We are urgently hiring an experienced Field Electrical Supervisor for a major industrial project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor electrical construction activities at the project site
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, permit conditions, and operational procedures
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure work execution aligns with project specifications, quality requirements, and schedules
• Conduct routine site inspections, safety walks, and progress monitoring activities
• Review and verify completed work and QA/QC documentation
• Support inspection, testing, and commissioning operations
• Identify technical issues, report defects, and recommend corrective actions
• Participate in project meetings, walkthroughs, inspections, and punch list closure activities
• Monitor work progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Maintain proper coordination with project teams and site personnel

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical construction supervision
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, construction, and execution works
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and site supervision practices
• SAP knowledge is considered an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills in English
• Ability to manage site activities within fast-paced project environments
• Strong problem-solving and reporting capabilities
• Experience supporting inspection, testing, and commissioning activities is preferred
