Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and AI Agent architectures.
• Develop AI-powered applications using open-source and commercial Large Language Models.
• Create and optimize prompts, workflows, and orchestration strategies for LLM-based systems.
• Fine-tune foundation models using techniques such as PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA.
• Develop and deploy NLP solutions including text classification, question answering, summarization, language modeling, and entity extraction.
• Work with Generative AI frameworks and machine learning libraries to build scalable solutions.
• Evaluate model performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise environments.
• Support AI governance, model monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture designs, and implementation guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related disciplines is advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of professional technology experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and enterprise AI implementations.
• Experience developing and deploying advanced AI and NLP solutions.
• Candidates currently located in Saudi Arabia are preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with RAG, Graph RAG, AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented architectures.
• Experience with Open-Source LLMs including Llama, Gemma, and Mistral.
• Experience with Commercial LLMs including OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
• Advanced Prompt Engineering and Prompt Optimization expertise.
• Experience with RAFT methodologies and advanced retrieval systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning techniques including PEFT, LoRA, and QLoRA.
• Strong Python programming expertise.
• Experience with NLP frameworks and machine learning ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of GANs, Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and Transformer architectures.
• Knowledge of intent recognition, entity extraction, language modeling, text classification, question answering, summarization, and topic modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, API frameworks, and Docker.
• Experience with vector databases and data platforms such as Qdrant and PostgreSQL is advantageous.
