Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, FastAPI, and Flask.
• Build, enhance, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise and customer-facing applications.
• Develop software solutions supporting fare management, fare rules, and fare construction processes.
• Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Perform advanced data analysis using SQL, Python, and Pandas to support pricing and revenue management decisions.
• Contribute to predictive analytics, forecasting, and recommendation engine initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow software engineering best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 5–8 years of professional backend software engineering experience.
• Proven experience developing and supporting production-grade enterprise applications.
• Experience with airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS), fare management, or pricing platforms is required.
