We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Office Engineer specializing in Utilities Diversion and Disconnection projects to join a leading construction organization in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical office activities for utility diversion and disconnection projects.
- Review and coordinate engineering drawings, technical submissions, and project documentation.
- Prepare and review shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate utility diversion activities involving power, water, sewer, irrigation, and district cooling networks.
- Perform MEP quantity take-offs (BOQ) and support cost estimation activities.
- Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolution with multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop method statements and shutdown execution plans.
- Support project planning, technical evaluations, and engineering coordination activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, utility authorities, and project stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience in MEP and infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in utilities diversion and disconnection projects.
- Strong background in technical office engineering and infrastructure coordination.
- Experience working on utility network projects and multidisciplinary construction environments.
