Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical office activities for utility diversion and disconnection projects.
• Review and coordinate engineering drawings, technical submissions, and project documentation.
• Prepare and review shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate utility diversion activities involving power, water, sewer, irrigation, and district cooling networks.
• Perform MEP quantity take-offs (BOQ) and support cost estimation activities.
• Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolution with multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop method statements and shutdown execution plans.
• Support project planning, technical evaluations, and engineering coordination activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, utility authorities, and project stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of experience in MEP and infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in utilities diversion and disconnection projects.
• Strong background in technical office engineering and infrastructure coordination.
• Experience working on utility network projects and multidisciplinary construction environments.
