We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UKG (UltiPro) HCM Specialist to join a dynamic team on a 12-month extendable contract. This role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions within the UKG Pro platform. The position plays a critical role in aligning HR technology with business goals, ensuring efficient workflows, and enhancing system performance across HR functions.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Architect and configure UKG Pro HCM solutions across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management modules
- Enable new features, workflows, and system configurations to improve operational efficiency
- Translate business requirements into scalable and effective HCM system solutions
- Lead system design, integrations, testing, and release management activities
- Optimize HR processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and enhanced user experience
- Manage system security roles, workflows, and reporting functionalities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between HR systems and organizational goals
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
- 7–12 years of experience in HCM or HR technology roles
- Strong hands-on expertise with UKG Pro (UltiPro) HCM platform
- In-depth knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Reporting
- Experience with workflows, system integrations, and security role configuration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a remote, shift-based environment (3 PM – 12 AM IST)
- Immediate availability preferred
