Key Responsibilities

• Perform RF optimization activities for 4G and 5G mobile networks.
• Monitor and analyze network performance KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support capacity planning and spectrum utilization strategies.
• Optimize network performance for 5G NSA and 5G SA deployments.
• Analyze and improve VoLTE and VoNR service performance.
• Conduct network benchmarking and competitive performance assessments.
• Utilize CEM and Discovery tools to evaluate customer experience and network quality.
• Develop optimization plans to improve coverage, capacity, and service quality.
• Support spectrum refarming initiatives and network modernization projects.
• Generate technical reports, performance dashboards, and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations, planning, and engineering teams to resolve network issues.
• Ensure continuous improvement of network performance and customer experience metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Certifications

Preferred certifications may include:

• 5G Network Certifications
• RF Optimization Certifications
• Telecommunications Vendor Certifications (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, ZTE, or equivalent)
• Wireless Communication and Network Performance Certifications

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in RF optimization and mobile network performance management.
• Proven experience working with 4G LTE and 5G mobile networks.
• Experience in network KPI analysis and performance improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with network benchmarking and optimization projects.
• Experience utilizing CEM and Discovery tools for network performance evaluation.

Technical Skills
