Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and support healthcare IT solutions and digital healthcare platforms.
• Provide technical support for RIS, PACS, VNA, and Cardiology systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and issue resolution for software and hardware systems.
• Support healthcare system integrations utilizing DICOM, HL7, and IHE standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare organizations to ensure optimal system performance and availability.
• Manage customer-facing technical support activities and service requests.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure components supporting healthcare applications.
• Assist with database management, system upgrades, and software updates.
• Support virtualization environments and server infrastructure operations.
• Prepare technical documentation, service reports, and implementation records.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications

Experience
