V3 Middle East Engineering Consultants is seeking a qualified Surveyor to join its professional team in Riyadh. This opportunity is ideal for experienced surveying professionals who possess strong technical expertise in site measurements, engineering surveys, mapping, and construction support activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out surveying works on-site while ensuring the accuracy of measurements and compliance with approved engineering plans and project requirements.

Job Overview

As a Surveyor, you will perform site surveys, establish control points, verify project layouts, and ensure all construction activities are aligned with approved drawings and specifications. The role requires expertise in modern surveying equipment, engineering plans, and construction site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct surveying and measurement activities at project sites.
• Verify dimensions, levels, coordinates, and project alignments.
• Ensure surveying work complies with approved engineering drawings and specifications.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Total Station and GPS systems.
• Prepare survey reports, records, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor project layouts and support construction activities.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all surveying operations.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in surveying and site measurement works.
• Strong knowledge of Total Station and GPS surveying equipment.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, plans, and maps.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Ability to join immediately.

Mandatory Requirements

• Saudi Nationality (as per project requirements).
• Profession in Absher must be listed as Civil Servant (not Student).
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant surveying experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in engineering consultancy or construction supervision projects.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, commercial, and large-scale development projects.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Immediate availability for deployment.
