Key Responsibilities
Systems Support Engineer
- Provide enterprise-level systems administration and technical support.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure and enterprise systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments and related technologies.
- Manage support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to maintain service availability.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
Deskside L1 Support Specialist
- Provide hands-on technical support for end users and executive staff.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral device issues.
- Perform system imaging, software installation, and upgrades.
- Configure desktops, laptops, printers, and workplace technology equipment.
- Resolve user incidents and service requests within defined service levels.
- Support workstation deployment and technology refresh initiatives.
- Maintain accurate support records and documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
Systems Support Engineer Requirements
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in system administration and enterprise IT support.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience with enterprise system management and administration.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution capabilities.
- Experience in infrastructure support environments.
- Familiarity with ticket management systems and IT service processes.
Deskside L1 Support Specialist Requirements
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in deskside support and end-user IT support.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Experience with software installation, upgrades, and patching.
- Expertise in system imaging and workstation deployment.
- Ability to provide direct technical support to end users and executive staff.
