Job Overview

NBTC KSA is seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates for the position of Work Permit Receiver in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The Work Permit Receiver plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with work permit procedures, safety regulations, and operational requirements across project sites. The successful candidate will coordinate with site teams, supervisors, and safety personnel to facilitate authorized work activities while maintaining adherence to company and client standards.

This position provides valuable exposure to industrial operations, project execution environments, and safety management systems. It offers an excellent foundation for long-term career growth within the engineering, operations, and Oil & Gas industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and receive work permits in accordance with project and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
• Liaise with supervisors, engineers, and safety personnel regarding work authorization requirements.
• Monitor permit validity and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Support project teams in obtaining approvals for work activities.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with operational and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of permits and related documentation.
• Participate in safety meetings and operational coordination activities.
• Report permit-related issues and support corrective actions when required.
• Follow company and client policies regarding work permit management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresher to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Valid Saudi Arabia Iqama is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of industrial work environments and safety procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work in project and site-based environments.
• Local transfer candidates only.

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Salary

• SAR 1,500 – SAR 2,000 per month
• Additional SAR 500 upon Saudi Aramco approval
